2020 Events are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for whatever your reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the seminar, please contact 2020 on 800-788-0190 immediately. Such complaints must be made within 7 business days of the seminar.

Cancellations made more than 7 business days will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 business days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee per person.
