Damien is a graduate of Business Management and his skills in information technology, gained through advanced training, are used to develop highly successful tools for accountants. He also provides consulting and coaching to accounting firms to assist them further in the development and implementation of the 2020 tools. As the Operations Director he is responsible for the day to day running of the 2020 Group USA, including the seminar program, the network of member firms and all related product activity.

Wendy is responsible for the marketing and management of all 2020 Group USA seminars. She maintains CPE records for participants, provides certificates and requested resource materials. Wendy is responsible for product development, web site maintenance and marketing as well as 2020 Group USA membership.
Wendy joined Frederiksen & Co. 2020 Group USA in 1998. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing and client relations while working for a major mutual fund company.
Tara Crawford

Tara has been a practicing CPA for more than a decade working with CPA firms both in Oregon and in California. Tara's area of specialization is taxation; primarily with individuals, partnerships and professional corporations. Within the tax area, her particular expertise is in real estate, notably the structuring and reporting of complex transactions. Prior to founding Frederiksen & Co., she was associated with Dean Moser & Co., CPAs, a well known Bay Area firm of real estate specialists. She has earned her Series 7 and 66 with the NASD.
